For the most part, a very good company. I believe the individual departments might need make overs. But this company holds a special place in my heart! Great company! great values!

401K, profit share and pay
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very family oriented. Tries to give good perks to the employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some employees get away with not doing thiere work and throwing fits when she dont get her way. Like slamming doors shut and walking off the job without getting any reprecussion. When walking off the job, you shouldn't be allowed to take PTO time. It should be no pay. Its like she is favored.
What makes you most happy at work?
Be able to visit with co-workers. Before covid, the moral was way better. Now it seems different. in my department, one of the co workers can not handel if a couple of us take a few minutes to chat. The one co worker makes the department very gloomy and nothing ever gets done about it.
