I have been challenged and have seen a lot of growth in how I carry myself on a day to day basis. The only thing I wish is that I had actaully finished school before taking an advancement opportunity. This job has slowed my progress with finishing school and now is another thing I worry about often.

We have people on the team that are all wanting to improve themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter where anyone is at with their current situation, everyone just wants to grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better explanation of the commission statements. I struggle to understand it most of the time.
