This company changed my life in so many ways. 300 characters isnt enough. Ive gain confidence, time mngt skills, people skills, better self habits, life long friends, traveled the world, a stacked resume and overall am a better man from working here.

I think that is pretty much the same answer as I what had said earlier.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
23 different ways to earn income and the more I work, and better I perform, the more I make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its diverse. People can be themselves. People care. Everyone is growth oriented and willing to help. It feels like a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely put people first, and honestly spoil us in terms of incentives. This was shown in full effect during this virus. They waved all bonus, had factory workers on paid leave for 6-8 weeks and have not cut much on budget at all.
