The company is fantastic and can sometimes be frustrating due to lack of awareness from outside world. The people are incredible, and the growth is second to none, both of which I place over income... but the income certainly isn't bad either

The people, the growth associated with the position, and the fun you have along the way
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new DM, there aren't any things that stand out... I am excited for campaign bonus, pace bonus, bmw bonus and development bonuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My favorite part about the company is the personal growth aspect of it, and its not close. The level of growth you experience as an 18-22 year old is unmatchable across the united states.
