I wasn't really looking for a job to challenge me, but when I realized that I could gain life skills that would benefit my future employment opportunities and also give me a fun, safe place to make mistakes and influence others. It's always been a place I have wanted to be.

I like that my manager appreciates my new ideas & appreciates the effort I take into improving myself personally & professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with others under a common goal of bettering ourselves and looking for the best in people. I love that I don't dread going to work in the morning.
What makes you most happy at work?
To receive appreciation for the grueling hours of hard work that I put into doing the most for someone. I love going out of my way for someone who is appreciative (even if it means more work).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It doesn't matter who you are, everyone can do well as long as you are hardworking and processing your emotions with facts. I think that positivism drives our company the most because we know where we are going and we know where to get the supplies and systems are in order to get there.
