Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I started working with Vector as a summer job to boost my resume for college are future careers. I kept with it during school taking advantage of many of the internship and experiential opportunities. 11 years later I am still here and wouldn't have it any other way. I love what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having the opportunity to get paid what I'm worth!

Working with great people! And the flexibility to choose my schedule!

We have phenomenal talent and quality people with in the organization. We get quite a bit of time to build quality connections as well.

I get to work with people and help them build a skill set that will positively serve them for the rest of their life.

The people are positive and motivating. The company's culture is very much personal and professional development oriented. As well as creating the life of your dreams.

The Leadership team are all high integrity individuals that I strive to be like. Their actions and decisions truly exemplify the companies mission of putting people first.

The company environment is very growth oriented. And they truly care about you as a person. They make a strong effort to make everyone feel appreciated and to provide signature experiences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I truly love the individuals I get to work with. They say you are a combination the the people you spend most of your time with. That is one of the reasons I am still here after starting this as a summer Job 11 years ago.
