This company has been transformative in my life, the only thing that is a 'bother' is that there hasn't been as much direct development for me from any particular individual unlike other co-workers of mine.

Getting to develop relationships with people I develop and those that develop me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the opportunity to travel with my work family and see them all frequently at conferences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With the exception of one or two people, everyone seems to have my best interest in mind and genuinely care about me as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team does know what they're doing and are always trying to get people paired together so that they may grow and have similar success. It's really improved my relationships and my abilities.
