Vector Marketing has helped me pay my way through school while also developing me as a person and I know that any other summer job wouldn't be able to fulfill the experience I have here. People are shocked to find out that I was a business owner this summer.

I love the friendships I have made with this company. Vector Marketing truly has the most positive people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make 50% as a Branch manager and that is how I made most of my profit this summer
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how invested they are in my personal development. They understand that I am more than just a manager and allow me to grow and do other things throughout my collegiate years
What makes you most happy at work?
I love meeting new people and to be able to make them laugh. I also love dogs so seeing customers with pets is a ton of fun. I love being a manager because I get to offer an amazing, flexible, future creating job that is a ton of fun to others

I love that you don't have to be a certain person to succeed at this job. The only characteristics you need to embody are a great attitude, a strong work ethic and to be coachable. You can find people who are introverts, extroverts, different cultures, languages, and lifestyles that have these trait
