I've enjoyed being able to challenge myself at work while gaining skills that have helped in my other career path. The income for that is incomparable too, not to mention the incredible people I've gotten to meet here that are generous, caring, and inspiring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy growing and learning alongside some pretty stellar, motivated people that are always willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since we have so many offices all over North America, there are opportunities for local cultures to be a part of those individual offices as much as the whole company culture is involved as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that we get to travel so often and double bonus for newer managers at a time when business slows down as a whole is pretty great and shows they're familiar with the intricacies of transitions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that they relate to newer people or those who have struggled in the past or have been successful. Would be hard to believe some of the top people struggled but just goes to show what we can overcome.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy knowing I'm in more control of things than not. Knowing my own efforts and work ethic has a direct correlation to what happens in my organization allows for higher responsibility and work performance. I love being able to provide the same opportunity for others.
