Overall, all I can say is I am so grateful to be here and keep growing with the company that has taught me everything I know and made me be who I am now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flat 50 as a Branch Manager, even though I did not take much advantage of it this year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how competitive the culture is, but most importantly, how growth oriented it is in every aspect. It is a fun environment where I can be myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how my team always has my back and recognizes when I need some support in business or personal aspects. They are always willing to help and grow together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is how they are completely transparent when it comes to my strengths but most importantly, my weaknesses in order for me to be the best version of myself!
What makes you most happy at work?
As a branch Manager, I was the happiest with the people I surround myself with and being able to build a team. As a rep, definitely meeting new customers, seeing the happy and popping off the big sales!
