I get to create my own team and create the positive environment that I want to be in, and I just have so much fun and love each and every single one of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that I'm in this for myself, but I'm not by myself, and there's such a great culture of leadership and personal and professional development, and some of the leaders are some of my best friends.
