I could say so many things about working for Vector, it has been an amazing experience. But there is one work that can describe my experience: outstanding.

It has been excellent, challenging, eye-opening and helpful for creating a path for my future. I love this company and what it has done for me, my family and my customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When my representatives succeed, then I succeed. Also, earning flat 50 on my personal sales is super nice.

I love being paid based on how hard I am willing to work, it is not based on what others think I am worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very encouraging on my team. My reps know how to build each other up. They support each other and I have seen some great friendships made over the four years I have been here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being around my people at work. Most everyone has a very positive attitude. Yes, there are struggles at home, but people usually leave those at the door and come in, ready to work. It is refreshing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is great at what they do. They know how to encourage and motivate our people, especially our lead manager. I enjoy working with my team and consulting with them on how to make our team better.

The leadership team does what is needed to get done. They do it in a timely manner and I always enjoy the events that they put together. They make me feel good and they respond quickly when I need something.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am the happiest when my reps reach out to me for support, help or for encouragement. I love it when they make the effort to communicate, rather than it being just me trying to get in touch with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of our team is very positive. I like going to the office because I have fun there, but I also get more work done than I do at home. Everyone gets along fairly well and everyone loves working with Vector.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so encouraging. Even when the results aren't what we would like them to be, people are still positive and are encouraged to work even harder. I really love the people that I work with and they have fun with what we do. Our culture is positive, there is no other way to describe it.
