It's been awesome. It's hard to put into words. Having a chance to be successful myself and hit my goals and at the same time really believe in what the company is doing and how it's being run (and by whom) has been really amazing.

Seeing people succeed and achieve more than they were expecting.

They are driven, they work hard, they value personal growth/improvement, and they genuinely care about the team and their people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the best part of the pay package is that I am compensated for helping others that work with me be successful themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they work as hard as I do to create the success of the organization and to create the environment where so many of us can be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We attract people that are goal oriented and so are constantly working to be the best version of themselves. The synergy that that creates I think makes it easier to be goal oriented myself and pushes me to be my best.
