I have been here for 5 years and have held many different positions in the company, and i can say that there isn't a company out there that is like this one. They care, they are helpful, you can succeed and do what you want. I'm incredibly lucky to have found it.

They really care about your success in and OUT of the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Raises you didn't even ask for, bonuses randomly throughout the year, gifts randomly, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working in an environment where my strengths are utilized and I can do what I love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People truly care about the success of others and understand that they themselves don't succeed unless they help others succeed.

I left the company for a few months and there are no other companies out there that truly care about the people and want the best for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are so amazing, they have tons of experience and don't hesitate to help someone. They are some of the most caring and hard working people I know.
