Communicate well with each other, focus on goals and results, everyone contributes their fair share, offer each other support, and they are organized. Of course we have fun.

I appreciate that the leadership team is approachable and open to feedback. They create an environment where questions and ideas are encouraged, which makes it easier to collaborate and get things done effectively.

We work together as a team- you do not hear bickering as you do in other companies... we come to work do out the job, know our coworkers as family, and have fun!
