I am so fortunate to be part of a company that makes product in the USA. Our owners love their employees, truly. It is very rare to have the support we have at CUTCO. Love being part of this...BLESSED!

I feel very fortunate to be part of this great company. I feel very valued but at the same time I am disappointed I am at a stand still because I don't have a degree. I developed myself further by continual development/leadership classes w/ 25+ years but can't be consider for advancement w/o degr

the company is secure and caring to their employees. It's frustrating that we don't have opportunities available for advancement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I appreciate the salary that I earn but I do feel I do task that higher ups do and I am not compensated for this.

being part of something that is great! The love the people and the product we make. I love that we are working from home and making this a huge success!!! We are doing it together.

I feel more task have been added and there is no compensation or advancement. My director said he didn't care who does the job just assign it to someone. I was hoping I would prove myself that I can balance more task and then be consider for promotions and additional compensation.

don't seem to develop or encourage advancement if you don't have a degree but have over 20/30 years experience. this is very unfortunate that they are not honoring the on the job experience to be equivalent to a college degree. Seems other company's value the experience equivalent to a degree
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
dislike that they won't promoted people without a degree even if they have 15/30 + years of experience. I think they should reconsider this. Have many well developed people that are being passed by and placing people in those positions who have degrees that are not in a related field of the job.
