My managers constantly make sure that I'm working on projects that I enjoy and am good at.

Feeling like I'm contributing to the team and making a difference within the company. I love knowing that what I'm doing now can make a difference on Sales Reps lives and help them build a better future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are not well educated in and don't have experience in the department we work in. They are here because they've simply been working for our company for several years. I believe if we brought outside hires into our department the quality of work would increase significantly.
