The fun and uplifting environment, and the camaraderie between a group of people who you never would have expected to be close
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am in direct control of how much I make, if I want to make more money, I can simply by becoming better at my job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all massively care about each person as an individual and are extremely invested in our success not only within the business, but in our personal lives as well. They want us to be the best human being we can, not just the best worker
