Extremely happy that I had an opportunity to work for a great company that cares for people and the families. I am very blessed. One thing that bothers me is that to advance we just found out that we need a college education even if you worked for the company over 20 30 years.

Love Love Cutco!! CEO down are awesome leaders. They care for the employees and the customers. One thing that does bother me is in the last year or 2 we were notified that if you do not have a college education you will not be able to get promoted.

Love my job and the people that I work with. Never do I feel I don't want to come to work. It is an honor to say I work for Cutco. One issue I feel is still not resolved is the advancement in the management due to college. It is not clear to the employees. Leadership needs to make this clear!

The company a great place to work. Covid has changed for many people and I feel Cutco wants to go back to before Covid which as we all know can not happen. We need to be consistent in EVERY dept. Education still is a hot button for me. Don't forget about the good employees !!

Treating you like a family. Will work with you if needed on personal issues. Leadership for the most part is fair.

We are family and when one is not ok we all pitch in to help. Some dept are different in this aspect.

The people and the job. We make it fun for the employees in my dept. We work hard but also they feel rewarded

I think this has changed recently which makes me sad. The consistencies of the buildings are not on the same page. The moral is down. We need to be as a company CONSISTENT !!

Cutco is a family place. Leadership is for the employees. Although I do not agree with the schooling aspect coming from the leadership I am already invested over 15 years and would not want to leave.
