iit would be The hourly pay.
The hourly pay and frequent raises
The hourly pay rate and getting it weekly
That I can work from home
The hourly pay is great
We help each other notice what needs to be done in the office
We get things done accurately and quickly but still have a fun atmosphere
The company's goals are made clear to all employees yet we are not micromanaged.
I like that the customer service reps are mostly nice. (the ones in Olean)
I work independently and make a difference for people inside and outside the company.
For the most part we are not just another number to them, I feel treated like a person.
I have the freedom to work independently and am trusted to represent the company in an appropriate manner.
We all work together to solve problems and also try and help cover shifts when needed for each other.
It is not a very stressful job. I can "leave work at work" and easily accomplish all daily tasks.
They value my input, and me as a person. They are very approachable whenever I need anything and respect my time.
The hourly pay is much above minimum wage, which is rare around here. They are very generous with holiday pay as well.
Being able to do the job without being micromanaged, and also knowing that I don't do the exact same thing every day.
We do not act like we're "competing". We all work together for one common goal and brainstorm ideas to get the job done in the best way possible.
Although management is there if needed, we are not micromanaged and trusted to be able to do the job with independent judgement. My department has a really positive culture
If management/leadership sees or becomes aware of a problem they need to address is quickly/as quickly as reasonable. Instead of saying " oh we know about it" and letting it be.
The fact that this is the only job I've had out of many where management and coworkers truly care about me as a person. I am not just a tool to make them money.
They will achieve the goals of the company while mostly still treating their employees like real human beings. They also realize we have a life outside of work and respect that we need a flexible schedule
We have fun while still working and obtaining excellent results. My bosses care what is going on in my life(Almost every one is in school) It is nice that they do the schedules while keeping that in mind.
They provide benefits and yearly raises for every employee. The competitive wages and great benefits of this job do not go only to those on top. I truly feel cared about at this company-they treat you like you matter.
My coworkers make up a very diverse group of people. It is nice to work with different people, and learn and hear about new ideas. Everyone can come together to complete a common goal and I always make new friends.
Caring about what really matters in the company. Ex: customers, employees. Leadership is focused on themselves only. They also could be more driven. I know people at the bottom of the totem pole with much more passion than the executives.
care about lower level employee's input (especially if they have been around over a few years). Instead of hearing a concern and management brushing it off, realize that their jobs expose them to things that need addressed you might not realize.
Cutco/vector says they're there for the employees to grow but that is not true. Someone should not be bored at work for 3 years straight. If management could give a challenge or alternate work task sometimes that would make work better.
Unfortunately my boss just hires any old person that comes along. If the new people were actually trained my job would be easier/what it is supposed to be. The new people are consistently underperforming with little or no ramifications. On the other hand I get talked to for messing up 1% of my work.
