I believe STRONGLY, that I would not be the person I am today without Vector and in every positive way that truth could be, it is. I learned plenty of job-related skills... but more importantly, I learned patience, forgiveness, compassion, trust, & I learned how to love myself. I love my life fully.

I am never limited, irredeemable, or not paid my worth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am not particularly impressed with the managers directly in my division, but I LOVE the people I work with in my region. I always look forward to regional events for this reason.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are truly valued here. Vector is a company that understands entirely that people are our most valuable resource. We value people by not only retaining them, but we spend our time and energy investing in their continued development. We know and embody what it means to be VECTOR TRAINED.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never doubted their belief in my ability to succeed with the company--especially when I am focused on doing the right things. But it is the low moments that this means the most to me, their continued support to show ALL employees our value and our worth to them: indispensable. Vector Love.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that it's not just a job... this is my OPPORTUNITY. I have always innately referred to my work here as the "Vector Opportunity"... it's just so much more than a job. I can create the life I want- and it starts with Vector giving endless opportunity to grow and succeed.
