Extremely down-to-earth and approachable. Genuinely care about people above sales. Which is ironic, because in doing this, we get more sales.

The hybrid nature - remove AND in person. It's great that we are able to maintain close relationships while experiencing the convenience of a virtual world.

Seeing a job well done and having lives impacted thru one of our programs. When our team works together on something and it all comes together, it's like nothing else.

Resources are given to learn and grow. And we can do so at the tempo that's right for us. As somebody who puts career first, I can fast-track to bigger opportunities within the organization.
