Since starting at the company, I have not wanted to pursue other jobs. I feel included and an important part of the team.

The support they provide in difficult situations. Their direction to find the information that I am looking for and their understanding when I ask the same question multiple times.

The family nature of the environment means the kids of management go to the same school as my kids and I see them in the community and catch up on more than just work .

The Family environment makes the culture comfortable. It allows you connect with the customer in the home, as well as the representative who is trying to get an education will working. Our mixture of college, parents and some grandparents bridge gaps.
