great. I started working when I just had turned 18 in high school and have been here for the past 6 years now. I grew up with this company, my future wife was my co-worker, my future best man at my wedding was my co-worker when I first started.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they start conversations with what I am doing and how my day is going first before going in to business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of one and one for all. We are really focused on adding value to everyone instead of just doing whatever you want yourself.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can do the things I know I need to do but do them in ways that I want to. The end results will be there but I like doing it my own way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that I receive bonuses when I promote people out of my business. Because I will be giving up a valuable asset in our office the company compensates us for the promotion of that individual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people care about how others in the business are doing outside of the business. Our connection is that we all work together but we always want to know what is happening in someones family, hobbies and personal life.
