Words are paltry little things, but as a lost, confused 18 yo without much direction - I applied with Cutco without knowing what it would turn into. Everything I've accomplished, personally & professionally - I owe to the opportunity & company!

Genuinely care about you as a PERSON. More than just the numbers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped, can make as much as I want. Bonuses are great.

Growth-minded, hungry, & a pleasure to work with. Striving to be better versions of themselves daily.

Authentic & real. Care more about me as a person than the sales I put out.

I get paid 23 different ways, getting paid what I'm worth, getting paid on value over time, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Building! I get to build my business however I want, completely up to me. Tremendous amounts of freedom.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard to put that into words, but it's a culture of personal growth, teamwork, networking & going after best practices, recognition, learning, impacting others, etc. etc. etc.
