They genuinely care about each employee - they take the time to get to know each individual and their families. As well as encourage personal and professional development.

Always challenging and learning something new. Vector encourages constant learning - not only professional development through teaching others but also personal development for those looking to continue their education.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together - helping each other out when one's current workload is a little more overloaded than the other. We also know each other personally - we all stay in tune with our kids/family lives. Not just a co-worker but a friend.
