That would be too long of an answer- I've grown greatly over the last 2 years. I'm no longer that super shy 18 year old who didn't know what they wanted to do with life to finding a path for myself and a love for the company, my position, and the impact I get to make on people in my community.

We laugh a lot but can still get work done and reach a common goal

Helping someone over come a challenge or see how they have positively changed from being a scared rep in training to a shining star
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The harder I work the more I get paid- I'm paid off the value I bring individually without the market telling me how much I'm worth.
