Seeing the impact that we have on someone's life/business. Seeing the result of the time/energy invested or the sacrifice made has given others the opportunity to grow personally and professinally. Like giving a talk at another manager's team meeting and seeing how it impacted their sales.

There are several facets of the leadership team that I interact with, on a pretty consistent basis. As it stands on a 'corporate' level -- I love how engaging, present, innovative, and passionate the national manager panel is that I interact with consistently; the feeling of partner/mentorship(s)

My District manager team is like my family. There's a lot of talented, motivated, driven, and hard working DMs. We all have very unique strengths and I feel like we do a good job (most of the time) of partnering with and utilizing each others' unique skills and strengths.

Its easy, at times, to feel undervalued by management (DVM/RM) when your sales results do not reflect your effort/work ethic. When your income and the time they invest into you feels dictated by your sales results. Sales are not always the measurement of work ethic, but thats an impression given off
