I was lucky enough to get this job straight out of school. I had never really experienced another work environment. A couple years ago I took an opportunity to lead a team within my focus of study. Now I know that what we have here is a unicorn. No other place values their workers like here.

What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling that I am appreciated. I am never made to feel like I am just a body that can be replaced. The leadership team never makes you feel like they are better than you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very aware of the people who work for them. They care about them genuinely. They take the time to get to know them. They make decisions with them in mind instead of themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management team has listened to our concerns during covid, and made it possible for us to work from home and stay safe. This led to us not only feeling more safe, but also giving us an even better work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together really well. Even when there are uncomfortable situations, we all put our heads down and work hard. We all love working here and that makes us a solid team willing to work through what few differences arise.
