The energy is contagious. I know that when I go to work, I'm going to leave in a better mood. We work hard but play harder.

I love that I've been seen as the person I can be vs who I am currently. My managers and mentors always push me to be my best.

We focus on action not results. Negative minded people don't last long here because we simply don't put up with it. We find the positive in any situation and focus on what we can control. That's why we consistently break records and sell millions each week.

What I put in is what I get out. I know that if I follow the program and work hard, I will always hit my income goal. Vector also has so many other ways to make additional money, there is really no cap on how much you can make here.

Everyone is like minded and positive individuals. "The three people you surround yourself with the most is a reflection of yourself". That quote is so relevant here. My team drives me to be better and vice versa. I've made lifelong friends here, not only in my office but from all over the country.

I like that it's innovative. We interview a large quantity of people each week and we have to be efficient. Especially with COVID-19 we've had a large influx of applicants. It took the matter of days for our leadership team to turn things around and create programs to make our process 100% virtual.
