Team work skills, nice people to work with, compassionate people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly raises. I do wish I could work full time but I do have guaranteed 30 hours a week which I so appreciate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about me as a person. They always help and praise me when I do good work. They have always approved time off requests, including for a week to visit my grandma in Florida who had cancer (she's cancer free now!)
