Overall, it's been good. Although, the changes in PTO/sick time makes it feel like the company doesn't value us as much as they insist they do. Personally, having time off with my family means more to me than raises.

Overall, Cutco is a great place to work. I think there are clear adjustments that could be made to maintain our workforce. We just need to be open to hearing feedback and taking the necessary steps to make a lasting change.

I feel underpaid compared to my peers at other companies. Having a salary better aligned with my experience, education and work ethic would make me feel more appreciated along with a more generous PTO package.
