It's a hard toss up between 50% commission and all the trips that we can win. You just can't go wrong.

I love how our leadership team cares so much. It's never about the goal; it's about the growth and the learning you experience along the way. I'm so happy to be apart of this amazing company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a family. I don't even refer to them as co-workers, they're my friends that I just so happen to get to work with. Seriously the best team that I have ever been apart of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is that everyone is looking to grow and go after their dream. Mostly never is that dream the same, but the thing we have the most in common is that we're all looking to get better, all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the product. The people because my team is just always positive, looking for ways to grow, and go out of their way to help others. I also include my customers in the people; I have the most fun with my customers, because I just love meeting new people
