It may seem profound to put it this way, but Vector has changed my life in several ways since joining a short six years ago. I would not be the person I am without this company.

Getting feedback from those around me that I am making a positive difference in their lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid a $1,000 bonus per month to achieve a quota that is considered exceptionally low by all managers in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A genuine desire to step outside of their comfort zone, to grow, and to help others grow personally, professionally, and financially in the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The #1 way to succeed at a high level is to constantly be focused on helping others succeed. This, in my opinion, is what creates our positive culture in Vector.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Vector/CUTCO is constantly taking action to show they care about everyone in the organization. From paying factory workers to stay home amid a shutdown, to providing a massive incentive trip, they have more than taken care of us during an unprecedented time in our country.
