It has been life changing. From being a quiet introvert in high school to now orchestrating and managing a sales team and events. I speak in front of others daily and I love interacting with others now. I have found more confidence and I am a better person because of Vector.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping others. Coaching them to achieve their goals. It's so rewarding and fulfilling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid based on my efforts and results. I am in control of my paycheck. They offer various bonuses and incentives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun, positive and hard working. I don't ever feel like I am working because I love what I do and who I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put people before profits. They have a serious growth oriented culture. They invest their time into making me a better version of myself, so if I were to leave the company I would be better off. But I don't plan on leaving
