When I first started, I only knew that they sold Cutco. I never knew that a successful company would invest so much time, money, and energy into young individuals looking to better themselves. I have my whole life ahead of me, and I'm sure Vector will be one of the best companies I'll ever work for.

We are diverse in personality, passion, and motivation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is inviting but more importantly, the leadership was challenging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a work base structure. The harder you work the better the results.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connecting with my reps, fellow managers, and customers. Also food. We had great staff/ team meetings.
