I have held many different titles with this company, and have been both a contract and salaried employee. The one thing that had stayed constant throughout is how great Vector is. They always show their support for their people and have their backs when push comes to shove! I love my job!

Working hard and seeing my work paid off in a goal hit or great event.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical Insurance is amazing! The fact that they pay a salaried employee overtime is unheard of! Vector definitely takes care of its people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive views on self growth & dream chasing. There are very basic AND very complex skills being taught and learned in every corner of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and innovative. There is no sense of any parts of our business being "stuck in its ways." There is always someone in leadership able and willing to help and teach.
