The pay and benefits, except the short term incentive. Leadership pushes down these plans that are easily viewed as useless with an initial glance. But with must push them through, where they harm the business and our bonus is impacted. Their bonus is great.

At the time yes but they did not keep it fair.

Give us our individual pay back so we get rewareded for our hard work and love working for the company again. The morale has taken a dive since team base commission and our hours extended.

Everyone is truthful, honest and hardworking. We are mandated to take on tasks that don't belong to our team, but we do it anyway and do it well. Everyone helps everyone else. It is a great team.

Providing correct information. We could all make sure we're using the correct tools

They could learn policy and procedure better and actually care about the company that pays them.

Less personal talk that wastes 1/2 the scheduled meeting time.

Promoting those who deserve it, not just to check a box. Promoting those people who are competent people leaders. Holding people leaders (upper leadership) accountable.

Get back to the basics and demonstrate values contained in the credo.

Leadership needs to be directly involved in cutting red tape. They need to find the weak links and start laying off Directors and Vice Presidents of underperforming organizations.

Honest representatives and properly trained out sourced employees

Hold managers accountable for poor leadership. Leading is an action, not a corporate buzzword. People are resigning weekly in our area and our Director continues to shine. Outrageous.

There is a lack of communication during the process. There is a HUGE disconnect between the recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate. Negotiating salary is difficult. Constant under valuation of current employees and over valuing the outside candidates.

solve customer issues at a lower price point. Currently, customers are charged higher for lower service quality due to very little/ no competition at all.

Bean counters and sales folks have been put in charge of a tech world; what could go wrong?

Customer service is all being outsourced overseas. And corporate employees are having more and more tools taken away.
