My team and the friends that I've made over the years.

Review from Engineering Dept

I genuinely care for my co-workers. I have some very close friends on my team. I enjoy what I do. Not for the pay, but I enjoy helping customers. I enjoy building relationships and finding honest solutions that will help provide a positive outcome. If it weren't for my team I would've left.

Being able to work without interruption.

Being able to positively make an impact, working with supportive, caring people and a leeader who has your back.

Having an impact on the application

Great company culture and supportive higher management

To be honest it was the pay

Closing a large deal or a new customer.

Hybrid mode, good work life balance

My Benefits, career oportunities. Being on a tech company and the future it offers

Getting pay check on friday

Getting to work on exciting projects.

the different interactions you face within you daily work days

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

solve customer issues at a lower price point. Currently, customers are charged higher for lower service quality due to very little/ no competition at all.

Bean counters and sales folks have been put in charge of a tech world; what could go wrong?

Customer service is all being outsourced overseas. And corporate employees are having more and more tools taken away.

Spend money to market your business

Review from Customer Support Dept

Reasonable commission goals, and better communication to employees with the teams making decisions regarding pay.

Verizon Wireless needs to fix their system issues and needs to stop using vendor call centers for customer service and for it so that they can get the job done in an efficient manner

More training for representatives of the company

They need to improve customer service wait times. Increase hourly and commission. Lower DM and higher ups pay so they see our struggles. And make realistic monthly goals

Upper management is hired from University grads in business. Well this ain't Henry Fords production line and these green horns don't get it, yet they benefit from bad decisions. "Verizon reserves the right to make bad decisions"

Review from Operations Dept

Get away from the customer is always right mentality and allow the workers to stand up for themselves on a call. Stop trying to appease the customers every whim

Customers are not happy due to lack of staff and overselling

They don't disclose their policy in the website

It's too late ... Company got too big now they decide to cut pay for the front line make them do more work and have unrealistic quotas. Don't think I'm gonna work hard and sell for ya Verizon if you want to act like that.

Customers come last. Hour waits in store and over the phone. Everything is being sent overseas and the systems and processes are awful

Chamge commsiin take care of their employees

They change the metrics so frequently and make it impossible to reach. The environment is so toxic.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Hot garbage is all I can say

Need a CEO that cares about the front line and pays us for what we do rather than constantly cutting our pay and asking us to do more while pretending to care.

Review from Sales Dept

No culture = no perks at all.

Review from Marketing Dept

Complete restructuring of management to get rid of their hostility twords employees and bring the building up to code so that it doesn't resemble a sauna all seasons of the year.
