Get back to the basics and demonstrate values contained in the credo.
Leadership needs to be directly involved in cutting red tape. They need to find the weak links and start laying off Directors and Vice Presidents of underperforming organizations.
Honest representatives and properly trained out sourced employees
Hold managers accountable for poor leadership. Leading is an action, not a corporate buzzword. People are resigning weekly in our area and our Director continues to shine. Outrageous.
There is a lack of communication during the process. There is a HUGE disconnect between the recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate. Negotiating salary is difficult. Constant under valuation of current employees and over valuing the outside candidates.
