What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay and benefits, except the short term incentive. Leadership pushes down these plans that are easily viewed as useless with an initial glance. But with must push them through, where they harm the business and our bonus is impacted. Their bonus is great.
Salary is competitive but not great

The majority want to do the right thing. Almost our entire team comes to me for advice rather than our so called leader and I enjoy the questions and mentoring. There is the time when I stood up for the team and spoke with the "leader", then the team had to make a decision. Pretty much turned

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no positives beginning with the so called leader of our team. If you disagree, there is no discussion, he just never speaks or deals with you again. The entire company lacks ethics and morals.
