Its a work from home position so its super easy.

We only see each other a few times a year and its only to exchange ideas.

They listen to the teachers and are constantly trying to improve the company based on the employees suggestions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The kids I work with everyday. And the fact I can work from home and then spend all day with my own children,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I absolutely love this job. I would like to see pay based on more statistics from job performance. With VIPKID being the fastest growing and most reputable online ESL gig, it would be nice if they went global and had stock options.
