I receive a fair pay hourly, with extra incentives and ways to earn available all the time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I feel undervalued. It's that the opportunity to earn a decent and reliable income from the company is not as easy as they make you believe throughout the hiring process.
