What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish VIPKID offered more benefits for their teachers, but since we're considered independent contractors we don't have any extra benefits. I do like the flexibility and freedom to create my own schedule.

I think that the base pay offered to me as a 10+ yr teacher was a little low.

The main goal is teaching children so it is always fun.
