I like how easy it is to talk to the management and how willing they are to work with your schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The students are happy and eager to learn, the lessons are fun and engaging and the parents and staff and happy to help you in any way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish VIPKID offered more benefits for their teachers, but since we're considered independent contractors we don't have any extra benefits. I do like the flexibility and freedom to create my own schedule.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how willing the mentors and staff were to help you. If you needed to work on something they would give you a chance to fix it and help think of ways you could improve.
