What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all very approachable and seem to genuinely care for the employees development. They also actively promote a learners atmosphere, and it feels safe to admit failure (fail fast, learn fast!).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so talented that sometimes it's hard to believe it's real! Also, not only my team but it's generalized across Vistaprint colleagues, people is friendly and everyone is always willing to help. My coworkers motivate me to be better at my job everyday, I feel that standards are always high!
