Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher comp and long term incentives. Other recognition other than yearly raise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Execution. The words are right and group meetings everyone says the right thing but execution falls flat and they do not follow through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone loves "the break", Fridays off or 1/2 was widely accepted and positive. During emergencies everyone does jump in to help.
