What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are innovative and constantly make changes and adapt to the global and environment changes. Even though, change is constant and can be disruptive, they take everything into consideration to ensure the business keeps running and employees are taken care of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture is that it is inclusive. Many changes are happening since the last two or so years. There seem to be a bit of a shift in culture due the new exe team. I believe in my CEO and i'm sure he will nip anything in the bud that affects the foundation of Vista
