What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the openness of leadership and how they keep us involved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help if needed, and your opinion is always considered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our responsibilities were greatly increased due to the reorganization and we have never been compensated for it. Multiple doctors have stopped accepting our insurance as it "pays them less than medicaid"
