I really value the level of flexibility Vista offers. It gives me a sense of ownership to my work which is what I thrive on each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the compensation package is fair and competitive within our current market (while we all battle inflation). It also gives me confidence knowing that I'm being appreciated for my contributions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the transparency and the open communication coming from the leadership team. I helps boost the team culture and increases productivity so employees aren't wondering about what direction the company is going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On my team, there is an impressive level of utmost professionalism, but we also maintain an easy going attitude so we can all feel comfortable working together. It can be tough to balance for most companies, but not at Vista!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though each of us manage our own tasks, we all share the same goals at the end of the day. We appreciate what each of our colleagues have to do on a daily basis, and encourage each other to grow and learn.
